Included are descriptions of the dances and terminology used in calling the folk dances, as well as examples of music to be used for the dances. With some history and background, as well as names of the dances. Ralph Page sought to preserve folk dances in New England and elsewhere, using this magazine, among other venues to discuss the dances. The University of New Hampshire hosts a yearly Ralph Page Dance Legacy Weekend. GOOD condition. Heavy uneven fading to the covers, especially along the edges. Minor wrinkling. Paper rather browned in the interior. Good .
