A single issue of this magazine, featuring the tenth paper in a series titled 'Personal Recollections of the War.' This recalls portions of the Civil War, including Clarksburg and Bloody Lane, as well as discussing Confederate prisoners. Another article recounts a summer trip to the Great Plains, describing Native American life and customs, with illustrations. GOOD condition. Wrapper very chipped and torn along the spine, with the rear wrap a little over half detached. Minor wrinkling, with some creasing, bumping, chipping and minor tearing along the extremities. Mostly minor foxing and soiling to the covers. Interior solid. Good .
