Dampstaining present along the spine and upper extremity, with heavy uneven fading to the covers. Patterned offsetting/fading to the rear cover. Minor soiling and some creasing to the covers. Minor dampstaining to the gutter and page edges of the first and last few pages. Old glue repair to a long horizontal tear to the lower portion of the first page. Good .
