Pamphlet, perhaps disbound from a larger work. LACKING front wrap. 19 pp. plus 2 plans/maps of the John Jay Mine. The John Jay Mine was established by Archibald Van Deren and Edward Fuller, two prospectors drawn to the area by the finding of telluride gold in the Jamestown area of Colorado. Minor toning to the piece. Rear wrap browned, with some chipping along the extremities. Good .
