In FAIR condition. Heavy fading and scuffing to the boards, extremities and spine. Minor soiling with faint dampstaining present along the fore edge of the front board. Slight bowing to the boards. Interior lacking any endpapers that may have been present. Previous owner's notes/writing on the inside front cover, title page and in the margins of a few pages of text. Some notes indicate the owner may have been traveling the island, providing very brief commentary on the weather, if this was the case. Child's doodling/drawing to the inside front cover and last page of text. Lines in pencil drawn on page fore edges. Interior solid with minor scattered soiling and foxing. Faint dampstain in the lower margin of the first 40 pages. Fair/No Jacket.
