Description: Boston, Dutton and Wentworth, 1836. Unbound. Four page newspaper. Featuring many small advertisements for railroads and passenger rail service between cities in the northeast. These are accompanied by small illustrations of a locomotive or train car. Among the various small articles is an account of a fire at Nassau street that was believed to have been arson, as well as a short account of hostilities in Alabama and Georgia in the Creek War between various Native American tribes and the settlers there. In FAIR condition with moderate browning to the paper, as well as some foxing. Medium sized dampstain at the upper right area of the paper, with a smaller dampstain at the lower left corner. Fore edge extremities rather chipped and tattered. Minor soiling. Vertical and horizontal fold creases present, as well as a few other minor creases. Fair .
