This sheet bears Dickens' name with his birth and death date below, followed by a short biographical paragraph. This is bordered by a portrait of Dickens to the left and the block of four stamps to the right. Upper and lower borders bear illustrations of various Dickens characters and locales. These 5 cent stamps were issued in 1970 by the British Post Office as a Literary Anniversary Series. Minor tanning along the paper extremities, with a hint of creasing also along the upper extremity. Very minor soiling. Stamp block slightly cocked on the page. Very Good .
