A senate report recounting the efforts to standardize weights and measures in the United States, as well as documenting the equipment being used to do so. Disbound in GOOD condition. Despite lacking covers the text block is solid. Minor to moderate foxing throughout. Browning/offsetting present to several of the pages. Minor wrinkling to the first page. Good .
