Hired as the coordinator for an expedition to film the Titanic and retrieve artifacts, she ultimately does all o f what she is paid to do and then some, inlcuding a dive on the Titanic to film it, in the process becoming the first women to dive on the Titanic and also the first woman to dive in a submerisble to that that depth, inadvertantly setting a record. The expedition also found imporantant things that the Ballard expedition missed and returned several thousand artifacts to the surface where they have been exhibited by now worldwide.
