This issue contains Chp. 10 of Bulwer-Lytton's serialized novel (p. 666) plus a large map of Delhi, India with article "The Seige of Delhi" (p. 669). Also, spectacular center-fold illustrations of "The British Lion and the Bengal Tire" and "On the Indian Mutiners" (pp. 664-665). In addition, cover story on fireman "Alexander Grant: The Man Who Couldn't Be Drowned" and "Travel Notes in Bible Lands, No. XVIII" (p. 651) with engravings of city of Gerash and a harem. Near Fine.
