Description: [Graf & Soret], [1834] A large lithographic panorama, 2 conjoined sheets mounted on linen with an extended size of 1470 x 225 mm. Enclosed in the original embossed cloth covered tube with lid, printed paper title label to top. Another version can be found printed on 5 sheets plus a title page, folded into a concertina book form> the present issue seemingly unrecorded. A true panorama with the open ends matching to form a 360 degree scene. A fine and rare panorama with numbers for a key which is not present here. No locations traced worldwide. Selina Bracebridge (née Mills) [1800 - 1874] studied under Samuel Prout and was a friend and assistant to Florence Nightingale.
