Description: Lincoln, 22nd August 1866. Poster, 460 x 305 mm. Hebb was clerk to the Local Government Board, the Lincoln Board of Health and the Urban Sanitary Authority. A rare poster offering a huge reward for information leading to the discovery of the offenders> a smaller reward of £50 was offered to "Any accomplice or participator in the above offence who shall give information leading to the conviction of the principal Offender...and efforts will be made to procure the pardon of such accomplice or participator."
