A total of 250 tureens of turtle soup, each containing five pints, 60 pigeon pies, 53 ornamented hams, 43 tongues, 60 dishes of mashed and other potatoes, 44 dishes of shell fish...140 jellies, 40 dishes of tarts, 20 chantilly baskets, 100 pineapples, 200 dishes of hot house grapes, 250 ice creams, 85 plates of walnuts, etc... They weren't so keen on vegetables: apart from the salad, a mere 6 dishes of asparagus were served.
