Description: 1832. Manuscript and printed in red and black, 170 x 210 mm. strengthened to the reverse. This item may have at some time been mounted and will bear traces on the reverse of adhesive or removal of mounts. The Consolidated Annuities transferred a number of early schemes into a single one under the Bank of England's Sinking Fund.
