Description: 1823. Single sheet, 200 x 145 mm. This item may have at some time been mounted and will bear traces on the reverse of adhesive or removal of mounts. Issued with a tax return, most copies would have been fairly soon discarded. Among the changes were exemptions for under or occasional gardeners, carts built to particular specifications, ie. not exceeding the price or value of £15, and never used with a covered or stuffed seat or cushion, or with a covered foot-board or apron.
