Pp1,433 - 2,609 + lxii (index). Numerous tables with fold-out maps and diagrams and some photographic plates. Library bookplate on front pastedown. Leather binding rubbed at extremities with with three corners just worn through and small tears/chips to head and heel of spine else very good. Note: Volume one (Pp1,432 + lxii / index) also available to complete the report - five hundred dollars if both volumes are ordered together. Each volume is 2.2 kilograms unpacked -- extra shipping charges will apply!
