The occupants of the car are wearing uniforms of some type . The front of the cardboard frame is signed , John Boyce III Good Luck from "David " Fess Parker . I believe that Parker was Honorary Parade Chairman in 1965. The back of the card is signed , " John Boyce Good Luck Jim Davis . " This is not the Jim Davis of Garfield fame .
