Gibberd's Terminal No. 1 at London Airport (Heathrow), and a excoriating article by Kenneth Browne on Surrey County Council's proposal to drive a bypass through the heart of historic Church Street in Godalming, in complete breach of their recently approved conservation policies. Fortunately it was cancelled - perhaps because of campaigns like this.
