Wheeler in Santa Fe, NM. This copy is dated 1879 - which is earlier than copies listed in references and also earlier than the first copy listed in Worldcat. There is a wonderful section at the end with hints for architects, and also a list of reading material for draftsmen / architects. Scarce.. Very Good- .
