There is rubbing to the spine joints and some light bumping, rubbing and wear to the spine ends and corners of the book covers. The text pages are clean and bright. The front endpaper has been removed and there is a small strip of the top edge of the title page cut out as well. "In the following Poem I have sought, by the medium of an imaginary Buddhist votary, to depict the life and character and indicate the philosophy of that noble hero and reformer, Prince Gautama of India, the founder of Buddhism.". Very Good .
