The proposed route, intended to alleviate traffic congestion in the city, would have involved the creation of at least one new bridge over the Thames and, amongst other schemes, developing a main road behind Horse Guards Parade to relieve congestion in Whitehall and Trafalgar Square. Colour. Good condition. Has been folded. Good.
