Size 49 by 40 cm. scale 100 feet to the inch. On paper that has been pasted on card. Some hand-colouring. A very detailed map covering an area south from St.Martins Street and Chandos Street to Charing Cross and the Strand with plans for the Royal Academy facing the National Gallery where Trafalgar Square is now. Damp staining has affected three edges and parts of the map. An interesting survivor which could merit some restoration and might be useful for research. Images available.
