The map covers an area from Brent reservoir across to Lea Bridge station and Stratford in the north and from Wimbledon and Merton across to Bromley in the south. The map includes developments in the lines of the Metropolitan railway plans for more rail crossings of the Thames and for a series of new lines in South and North London The names of the various railway companies are printed beside their lines.
