In stiff red cloth covered boards size 34 by 24 cm. Title gold-stamped to the front. Contains 22 pages of maps in colour some double-page and all without text to the reverse. Includes a detailed introduction and a 16-page index. Apparently the editions were limited to a total of 6450 copies and this second edition would presumably have been one of a much smaller number. New red cloth spine. Binding and all maps Vg to Mint condition. Images available.
