A collection of the twelve Reviews of 1790 minus the Shakespeare supplements that appear not to have been bound with the monthly issues but including a series of copper topographical plates with views of various English scenes. The contents of the Review include literature reviews of books and plays plus bulletins and articles on domestic news and foreign affairs. The 1790 edition includes news from France and an account of the voyage of Governor Philip to Botany Bay. Some wear to foot of spine and minor foxing and some cracking between boards and spine though the binding is sound. Overall in Good condition. Images available.
