On folding linen in 12 sections size 70.5 by 53 cm. Scale approx. two and a half inches to the mile. A series of concentric circles radiate at one mile intervals from Bedford. Heights shown by hachuring. Includes two decorative vignettes one surrounding the title and showing examples of the county's produce the other containing a dedication to the Duke of Bedford. Includes index to over 100 villages. Hand-coloured. Good condition. With original marbled card slipcase (showing some wear). Images available.
