With an Appendix, Containing Observations on the Civil Policy -- the Laws and Judicial Proceedings--the Arts--the Sciences--and Religious Institutions, of the Indians". Covers worn at extremities, overall staining, previous owner's name in ink on front free end paper and title page, Albany Library ink stamp on title page, found one instance of a pencil note in margin on p. 69 and a couple faint notes on rear end papers, scattered instances of light staining.
