Description: National Savings Committee. 1940, First Issue. No Binding. Greeting Card, Enchanting. Very nostalgic, loved having these when small, and it was quite magical receiving the saving stamps as gifts, to attach to the card. 6d, and 2/6 stamps could be attached to the total sum of 15/-. There were 5/- ones too, but never had one of those. I don't think I ever reached the dizzy heights of a full card either. Amazingly, as new, and unwritten. Really charming. V.V.G. indeed. early 1940's. Very Good.
