Her paternal grandfather was King George I, who was Danish and was placed on the Greek throne by Britain, France and Russia. Her maternal grandfather was the Grand Duke Vladimir of Russia. Thus, through her grandparents and through her great-aunt-by marriage, Queen Victoria, Princess Marina was related directly and indirectly to virtually every Royal house in Europe. NOT EX LIB C3B.
