Internally there are marbled endpapers and pages are very clean, tight and unmarked with age darkening to map bound in at rear. Bellegarde printing in France. First published in France in 1926, this luxury edition is the first English one rather than the more common cloth bound. 156 pages and map with coloured extra title page. Illustrated throughout with beautiful sepia tint photographs. Uniform with 'The Picture Guides' series. 3. Very Good TEG/No Jacket.
