Description: London, Thomas Nelson. Cloth, 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Ill.: Stacey, W.S. Black title and ship motif to spine and black title and schoolboys in sports gear pictorial to front on brown cloth boards. Some minor marks to front with marks and stain to back but no wear but some slight creasing at spine. Internally there is an inscription to front endpaper and foxing to closed edges and to some pages. 6 illustrations by W.S. Stacey. A children's adventure novel set in the 1850's by a prolific late Victorian/Edwardian childrens' author. Not dated and although the British Library has only one copy dated 1896 it could be a later editon. A1C. Good/No Jacket.
