Pictorial dustjacket is price clipped with a small removal and some chipping. The author was drama critic for the Daily Telegraph since 1919 and is an autobiography of a playgoer rather than a person. Throughout his long career he has reviewed numerous plays although the title is only a conservative one and covers the interesting late Edwardian era up to after World War II. 11. Very Good/Good.
