Description: London, David Bogue. 1851, First Edition. Half Bound, 385mm. x 290mm. Book, 37 etched plates (including frontis.), each with tissue guard, and descriptive text. Contemporary half morocco, over textured cloth, with gilt decorative device to upper and lower boards, five raised bands to spine, with gilt titling, marbled endpapers, top edge gilt. Rubbing, wear to extremities, split to head of spine, previous owner's name to verso of front endpaper, some age toning, spotting throughout. A very good copy. Size - 385mm. x 290mm. [14826/697]. Very Good.
