M & H Radio Catalog 1933
Philadelphia, PA, M & H Sporting Goods Co., 1933. Soft Cover, 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall, Very Good/, M & H Sporting Goods was a giant in its day, but until now they had for me been synonymous with fishing equipment. It seems, however, that they had a radio division and this is its catalog. The cover announces radio equipment "for amateur stations, short-wave experiementers, theatres, television, public address systems, broadcast stations, home talkies, and servicemen."The catalog is clean and tightly bound with just a small bit of wear to bottom of spine. The front cover shows some rubbing to black areas and a few small creases to lower front cover, but is overall quite nice. The back is the same. Unlike many radio catalogs of the day, this one used a slightly better quality paper which kept it from browning. Consequently, pages are hardly toned at all.Catalog measures 8-1/2"x10-3/4" and has 120 page. Lafayette Radio catalog from the 30's also available.
