Nice souvenir pictorial with short captions showing the buildings at the fair in a bit over half the book, and the remainder showing the city of St. Louis. A tiny chip and an abrasion, both at bottom front cover; covers generally edge faded; corners very slightly curled. Interior clean and the binding sound. Very good.
