Previous owners neat ink name written on the blank front free endpaper and some browning to the blank endpapers otherwise this is a tight, bright, and clean copy. Black coated endpapers with no cracking at all. Book feels firm and square. Publishers deep red cloth, spine and front board lettered in gilt. Spine with just a hint of fading but overall a much better copy than usually found. 5000 copies published 12th October 1900.
