Illustrated with 32 fine double page copper engraved plates by William Kent, each mounted onto a tab to allow for the plate to be viewed flat, plus several head and tail pieces throughout. Finely bound in recent period style full panelled calf bindings. Full sprinkled brown calf. Spines with five raised bands. Red and green labels, gilt. Compartments fully decorated and double ruled in gilt. Boards with blind double ruled panels with lighter brown frames. Floral corner pieces. Double blind ruled borders on boards. A very good set of this most beautiful edition, in attractive period style leather bindings.:
