Illustrated throughout with many diagrams, some on fold out pages. A fine copy in a fine early binding of full blue calf by Morrell of London. Spine with raised bands, each with gilt piping. Compartments double ruled and fully decorated in gilt. Double ruled gilt borders to both boards. Marbled endpapers. Top edge gilt. Gilt stamped arms of Queen Mary College, University of London, on the front board. Neat prize labels, dated 1944, to the front blank endpaper. A fine copy in a lovely, highly decorative, leather binding. :
