Based on the 1914 edition which had 32 colour plates but improved and enlarged to 64 full colour plates. 4to. (9.1 x 6.7 inches). Some offsetting to the endpapers and a couple of spots to the first and last couple of pages otherwise a near fine, bright, clean copy in the original red cloth boards which are illustrated with Fleur de Lys in white among black vertical lines to the spine and front board. Gilt lettering to the spine and black to the front board. Untrimmed fore and bottom edges. One of only 3000 copies published. A very attractive book. Inman 29.:
