ALL FIRST EDITIONS.31 individual titles issued in 49 volumes,bound in 47 volumes,8vo (various sizes).Uniformly bound by Bayntun of Bath,circa 1960 in dark blue-green half morocco,spines with five raised bands,lettered gilt in two or three compartments and individually dated at foot,compartments with single line rules around in gilt,blue cloth sides,marbled endpapers,top edges gilt;the last single-volume work finely bound to match by another bindery (Aquarius,U.K).Illustrations and maps where called for;separately-printed adverts discarded.Spines fairly evenly and lightly sunned but still overall an excellent set.-----------First Editions,SIGNED AND DATED by Winston Churchill in the first volume of Lord Randolph Churchill ("Winston S.
