Illustrated with a total of 41 mono tipped in woodcuts, printed on fine paper and mounted onto blank pages with printed tissue guards. Original brown cloth with woodcut illustration mounted on the front board. Spine lettered in gilt. Some foxing, mostly to the blank endpapers and prelims, but a few spots on some of the blank mount pages, none of this affecting the woodcuts. In the original printed dustwrapper which has a few small nicks and a little rubbing, and is toned but is in very good condition indeed and has kept the binding beneath in lovely clean and bright condition. Overall a better than very good copy of this beautiful book.
