Roth was appointed Director of the Laboratory in 1950, a position he held until his retirement in 1972. He also served with the International Atomic Energy Agency (I.A.E.A.] 1959-1962, and on the World Health Organisation's Expert Advisory Panel on Radiation. Very Good/Good.
