Feels it a duty incumbent upon him, to acquaint the Members of the Board of Agriculture, that by every information transmitted to the Board, it appears, that though the crops of Barley, Oats, Potatoes, Peas, and Beans, are in general extremely abundant, yet that the crop of Wheat in not equally so, and consequently, that it may be necessary to consider what substitutes can best be provided for that article, in Bread, Pastry, &c. so as to prevent any risk of real scarcity...
