This booklet curiously gives no author or publisher information. The staples are tight and unrusted. There are no tears or nicks to wraps or leaves. There is some slight color staining on the front (2 small marks that look like light blue crayon and one small dot with a tail that resembles ballpoint ink). In addition, both front and rear show a patina light soilage or age, but seller noticed while trying to remove crayon mark that this patina removes easily with a soft eraser. And then there is some corner curl at top and bottom forward corners of booklet. As for content, there are several pages talking about fly types, tying techniques and nomenclature. This is followed by a few pages of monochrome pictures of flies. The remainder of the pamphlet (13 pp) divides flies into three categories (wet, streamers & bucktail, dry) and lists members of each class alphabetically by name, with a description of each of its parts under the headings "Body, Ribbing, Tip, Tail, Hackle, Wing". Total 24 pp unpaginated. Very Good/No Jacket as Issued. Offered for CAD 34.00 = appr. US$ 29.44 by: First Used Books - Book number: 002905 See more books from our catalog: Fishing - Sports | |||
