Description: New York. The Grolier Club. [Plantin Press, Los Angeles]. 1971, 1st Edition. Soft cover. Checklist of 53 items. Nicely printed, string-bound publication in red and black ink. Near fine, a touch of soiling to the cream color covers. This the former copy of publisher, editor (The Godfather being his most noted project), author William Targ. Laid in a flyer/press release regarding the exhibition (folded in quarters to fit). Also a not entirely related typed, folded letter signed to Targ from Charles Antin of Hastings House Publishers transmitting a Marks printed item to Targ and other matters. Antin is mentioned in the acknowledgements of the checklist. Also laid in a small holiday greetings letterpress printed card from the 'Chiswick Book Shop' undated but probably laid in by Targ in 1971. Near Fine.
