Third enlarged edition. 8vo. contemporary full calf ruled in blind, spine ornately gilt in compartments, turquoise labels, glazed endpapers also in turquoise, LXII[ii]+432[iv] pp. All edges gilt. A very nice tight copy a little darkening and small chip to spine labels else excellent. With long 1840 Aschaffenburg contemporary inscription. From the 'Rektor' and teacher Mittermayer to student Ludwig Wörner of Hessenthal, later author of 'Theorie des Planzeichnens'.
