The first part of the narrative deals with Fraser's journey up the Persian Gulf and the latter, and most considerable part, deals with the journey from Tehran to Mushed, and thence to Astrabad. He visited areas where no Europeans had been before. This vivid and interesting account includes accurate descriptions of the countries and the inhabitants. Some marginal staining to the first few leaves. Schwab 196.
