Collation: pp. 48; 48; 48, 49-96; 48; 48; 48; 48; 49-96; 48, 44; (iv), 45-88; 48; 48; 48; 48; 48; 48; 99, (1, blank); 63, (1, blank). A few of the tracts have some textual illustrations and maps. Bound in contemporary cloth, rubbed. With original printed wrappers with bound. Text printed in an orthographic system developed by Protestant missionaries in the 1820s. Several are translated from French and English. Most of them are biblical translations or commentaries on the Bible. A few are devoted to Assyrian Christianity, the pharaohs of ancient Egypt, and early Christian reformers including Girolamo Savonarola, John Huss and John Wycliffe. A very unusual collection, a rare survivor.
