Description: . A collection of six double page exquisite coloured woodblock prints (size: 21 x 53 cm) after paintings by Matsumura Goshun, repainted by Yamada Shokei. The prints are all in mint condition, each with printed signature and seal. Housed in the original paper envelope with coloured decoration and text printed in black. Matsumura Goshun (1752-1811) was a painter of the Edo period, pupil of the painter and poet Yosa Buson and founder of the Shijô school of painting.
