Includes Buckwell Farm House, Lemons Farm, Part Egypt Farm and Broom Wood and High Homestead Farm. Currently Buckwell Farm, Herrings Road, Ashburnham, Battle TN33 9FB. The prospectus is in poor condition with ruffld torn edges, staples rusted and failed with loose pages and may be incomplete finishing a Lot 22 with no rear cover.
